We’ve spent many years building our expertise to make sure you receive the most effective images possible to win over new business and drive your e-commerce effectively. Our quoted price includes all amends required to meet your original brief. Your images will undergo internal feedback - we only send you your images when we’re happy your brief has been effectively realised.
Our well-honed production system arms you with all the control and none of the hassle. Initially we’ll suggest which angles and shots would work best in CG. Once these are agreed, you'll view draft versions of each shot. Any changes are implemented into the first low resolution view. Any tweaks and changes are taken care of in the second draft, and are all included in your original quote. The only time you’d pay extra is if you change the style or the structure of your product's context after we share the low resolution version.

To make sure you get the best possible results and to keep your costs down, we’ll ask you about your core market, price point and how easy / difficult you expect sales to be. We’ll ask you for any style guidelines, and technical drawings of your product. e''l also need high resolution sample images or physical sample of your products, along with colour swatches for any colour variation CGIs. Our in-house stylist will reconcile your core market with any styling preferences you have to create a bespoke style aimed at the buyers you’re trying to reach.
What if there are several different departments that need to provide feedback?

We’ll always ask if you have a deadline that needs to be met before we take your job on. We’d rather under-promise and over deliver. If we can’t meet your deadline we’ll be honest from the start. Once the job is booked in, delivery times will mostly depend on how quickly we get the info we need and the feedback required. We'll work to your deadlines and we'll keep you posted of our progress at all times. We’ll have a chat to get a clear idea of your requirements and talk you through the options to show all your USPs in the best possible light, within your budget.
