Our mission at The Pixel Workshop is to provide the best possible property CGI visualisations to meet your budget. The price of every project varies depending on various factors including detail, size, camera angle, building materials and lighting. The prices quoted below are the prices our clients paid for the images shown.
You’ll see your images in white block format before we add texturing and colour details to make sure we’ve chosen the best possible angles for your shots.
Whilst creating photoreal images from 2D drawings and materials references is a subjective art, we usually reach the final version within 2 sets of revisions. These include all subjective changes, and any small structural and material changes. If you would like to amend the original brief significantly after viewing the low res images, any additioal charges to cover the extra work would be quoted at the same rate as the original image.
You receive a print-ready hi-res JPEG at 300dpi plus a web-optimised version. No extra charge for the file formats you need.
Your images are yours. Use them on Rightmove, Zoopla, your website, brochures, hoardings and social media with no licence restrictions.

No two projects are the same. These are the main factors that influence your final quote:
- Complexity of the build: Intricate brickwork, ornate detailing, curved facades or non-standard materials all require more modelling time. A simple rectangular volume is quicker to build than a mixed-use development with multiple roof forms.
- Size of the development: We’ll price your project depending on its size, so you never pay for more than you need.
- Reduced costs across different developments: If the house type we’ve already modelled is going to be reused on a new site, we’ll only charge for the cost of modelling the new landscape, so you can re-use your house types efficiently.
- Interior styling costs are incuded: Our in-house stylist will work with your ideas and create a style which speaks directly to your core-market, ensuring engagement from the first glance.
In this age of decreasing attention spans, less can often be more. We’ll work with you to ensure your CGI package consists of the content you need to stack up reservations from when you launch your development, nothing more. If you have a specific budget to stick to, we’ll make suggestions which will arm you with the best combination of images to achieve the sales you need.
