How much does architectural CGI cost in the UK?
Ask five studios for a price and you'll get five versions of “it depends.” We'd rather just tell you: real numbers, published up front.
If you're marketing pre-completion, submitting a planning application, or launching an off-plan sale, the cost of your CGI matters from day one. Not a vague range, a real number you can put in a budget.

Exterior CGI starts from £495. Interior CGI starts from £450. Floor plans start from £35. Animation starts from £1,995.

Why most studios won't tell you their prices
Most architectural visualisation companies treat pricing like a closely guarded secret. Ask for a number and you'll usually get a request for your plans, a vague reference to “complexity,” and a promise of a quote within 24 hours.
We get why: no two buildings are the same, and a generic price list can mislead if it doesn't reflect what you'll actually pay. But there's a difference between “every project is unique” and “we won't tell you anything until you've handed over your drawings.” The first is honest. The second just makes it harder for you to budget.
We publish our prices because you should be able to plan your marketing spend before you pick up the phone. When you do call, we can usually sharpen the ball-park further once we understand your needs and what the images are for.
The figures below are the actual starting prices our clients pay, and the typical turnaround for up to 4 images of each type.
What you'll pay, and what's always included

Whiteblock views first
You'll see your images in white block format before texture and colour go in, so we can confirm the best angles before any detail work begins.
Two rounds of revisions
Creating photoreal images from 2D drawings is a subjective art. We usually land on the final version within two sets of revisions.
A genuine final image
A print-ready hi-res JPEG at 300dpi plus a web-optimised version. No extra charge for file formats or extra-large hoardings.
Full right to use
Your images are yours to use on Rightmove, Zoopla, brochures, hoardings, and social media, with no licence restrictions.
A real example: what a Churchill Living quote looked like
Numbers on a page are one thing. Single house types are the smallest project we undertake, so let's look at what CGI can cost up to, rather than from.
For a Churchill Living development in Haverhill, Suffolk, we quoted two camera angles, a front view and a rear view, each including people in the scene and a close-match depiction of neighbouring buildings.
That's higher than our from-£495 starting price, for good reason. A standalone view of an apartment building this size and detail needs additional modelling time. Add balconies, large garden landscaping, people, and a close-match depiction of neighbouring buildings, and there's clearly more work here than for a standard house-type CGI.
The £495 starting price reflects a more standard single exterior view. The £2,045 reflects a tailored two-angle package for a large apartment live sales campaign.
Both numbers are true. The starting price tells you where your budget could begin. A real quote like this one shows you what a fuller, campaign-ready package looks like once your brief is factored in.
What changes your quote
No two projects are the same, but the same handful of factors drive most of the difference between the starting price and your final number.
Complexity of the build
Intricate brickwork, ornate detailing, curved facades or non-standard materials all take more modelling time than a simple rectangular volume.
Size of the development
We price your project according to its scale, so you never pay for more than you need.
Reusing house types
If a house type we've already modelled appears on a new site, we only charge for modelling the new landscape, so there's no need to pay to rebuild it from scratch.
Interior styling, included as standard
Our in-house stylist works with your ideas to create a style that speaks directly to your target buyer. It isn't an optional extra, it's part of the quoted price.
Neighbouring context
Our standard pricing depicts a flat site scene without neighbouring buildings. If you need a close match to what's next door, flag it early so it sits in your budget from the start.
